Elliott goes to Disney

For Adam's birthday on Sunday, we decided to take Elliott to Disneyland and renew our annual passes! (Don't miss Adam's Happy Birthday badge that we made him wear!)

On main street ... we love autumn at Disney.

Now, you may be thinking to yourself, "How sweet! Elliott's first trip to Disney!" But you would be wrong. It's actually his second because being the good parents that we are, we took him there as a 9-day-old because our passes were about to expire and we wanted to go one more time. It was our first major outing post-Elliott, and hey, why not? Do we look shell-shocked and exhausted enough in these pics? Yikes!








And here we are, 10 months later!


We didn't have very high hopes for Elliott's reaction to Disneyland, however he definitely surprised us with how in awe he was at all of the sights and sounds. We saw this face for a lot of the time that we were there:



So many things to see and point at! Can you even stand the excitement?



We took Elliott on his first ride, It's A Small World. He was totally amazed ... gaping, pointing, and waving at all of the characters. It was awesome!





And look who was waiting for us at the end of the ride! Uncle Daniel and Miss Lindsey! How great is that!?!

We stayed until nightfall when it cooled off a bit much for us so we headed home. Cardigan + keds ... love it:
